The fourth PFL Challenger Series event has been announced, and it’s men’s featherweights up this time around.
On Thursday, PFL officials announced per a press release that week four of the PFL Challenger Series will feature featherweights. The PFL Challenger Series 4 card will go down on March 11, 2022, taking place at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, and airing exclusively on Fubo Sports Network.
Match-ups were not revealed, but the following fighters will take part:
EFC featherweight champion and Pitbull Brother’s affiliate Reinaldo Ekson (17-5) is riding a three-fight win streak and went 2-0 in 2021.
University of Iowa wrestling standout Edwin Cooper Jr. (5-1) is a Jackson-Wink product and was a junior college national champion. He went 2-0 in 2021, fighting twice in LFA.
Australian Aaron Blackie (8-2) will be making his North American debut at Challenger Series. He has been out of action since 2019 but has a 100% finish rate, finishing all but one of his opponents by way of submission.
Scottie Stockman (3-1) is a wrestler out of the Roufusport camp in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He went 2-0 in 2021 and even made his pro-boxing debut, winning by KO last year.
South Korean Do Gyeom Lee (8-4) might be coming off a loss to former UFC fighter Ali AlQaisi in UAE warriors, but he is very exciting finishing the majority of his opponents. His last three wins have come via first-round TKO.
Brahyan Zurcher (2-0) made his professional debut in 2021 and finished both of his fights via submission.
34-year old Josh Blyden (9-2) is riding a three-fight win streak and won his only fight in 2021.
The second most experienced fighter, Mike Barnett (11-3), is coming off a TKO of Clarence Brown last June. He went on an eight-fight win streak from 2016 to 2019.
