De Fries (20-6, 1NC), at 35, is on the best run of his professional career, which kicked off back in 2009. Having previously competed for both the UFC and Bellator MMA, Britain’s De Fries has hit his stride in KSW, winning eight straight fights, six under the Polish promotion’s banner.
Having captured the KSW heavyweight title in 2018, De Fries has defended the belt five times. Most recently, he turned back now-former champ Tomasz Narkun, who at the time was looking to claim a second title.
De Fries has finished four of his six fights in KSW to date.
Fellow UFC alum Stosic (16-4), who left that promotion with a 1-3 record, has won all three of his bouts since — all inside the KSW cage. Most recently, Stosic won a split decision against Michał Andryszak.
KSW 67 is also expected to feature a welterweight bout between Andrzej Grzebyk (18-4) and Adrian Bartosiński (11-0)— the #3 and #4 ranked fighters in the division, respectively. The fight will be Grzebyk’s second since suffering a broken leg against Marius Zaromskis in 2020. It his last outing, Grzebyk defeated Zaromskis by KO, avenging the less.
