The UFC will kick off the month of December with a key bantamweight fight topping the UFC Vegas 44 card.
Former featherweight champ Jose Aldo returns at the Las Vegas-based event this Saturday, paired up against Rob Font in a 135lb battle. Aldo, who has already had a shot at gold in the division, knows he has at least one more stop before the belt even with a win against Font. He said as much during this week’s media day.
For Font, a win over another champion, after defeating Cody Garbrandt in his last outing, might just cement him as the next title challenger — with Aljamain Sterling vs. Petr Yan 2 still planned for sometime next year.
