Anatoly and Vladimir Tokov are the latest additions to Moscow’s Bellator 269.
In a press release distributed Wednesday, promotion officials confirmed that both brothers had been booked for the historic event. Anatoly Tokov (29-2) will face the debuting Sharaf Davlatmurodov (18-3-1) in a middleweight bout, while Vladimir Tokov (7-1) will face Aymard Guih (15-11-1) at lightweight.
Guih fought once for the promotion previously, picking up a win at Bellator Euro Series 9. He currently sits on a three-fight win streak.
Bellator’s first trip to Russia is absolutely brimming with talent from the region, and is headlined by a heavyweight fight between legend Fedor Emelianenko and Tim Johnson. Vitaly Minakov, Usman Nurmagomedov, Andrey Koreshkov, and others will all fight at the event as well.
Bellator 269 takes place October 23, 2021 at the VTB Arena in Moscow, Russia. The following bouts have been announced for the event thus far:
