Uros Medic will be making his UFC debut on the preliminary card of UFC 259. Uros is a veteran of last year’s season of the Contender Series. Medic earned a contract with his first round stoppage of Mikey Gonzalez in which he showed off his very powerful kicks. And good distance control.
Medic has just six pro fights against decent competition as the combined record of all of the opponents that he has faced so far is: 19-10. Though that could indicate he’s a little rough around the edges, Medic uses his 6’1″ frame very well and keeps his opponents on the end of his strikes. Uros also does a good job of mixing up his combinations targeting the body, head and legs of his opponents so they don’t know whats coming next. Medic is a good addition to the UFC’s crowed 155lb division and a fighter to pay attention to come fight time.
