Fares Ziam is just 23 years old and has already made his debut in the UFC. Ziam has faced good competition throughout his professional MMA career and has finished five of his opponents in the very first round. Ziam is a former K1 European Kickboxing Champion so most fighters try and take him down which is where most of his submissions come from. Ziam is competent on the ground, but at such a young age, he is ever-improving and already has multiple submissions.
Ziam is also long for the weight class at 6’1″ with a 75″ reach and has great weapons on that he utilizes on his feet. Fares will be looking to capture his first win in the UFC on October 17th at Fight Island against Jamie Mullarkey.
