A featherweight bout between Jeremy Stephens and Arnold Allen is the latest addition to the UFC’s November 7 card.
On Tuesday, MMA Junkie was first to report the 145lb pairing. Arnold Allen had previously announced that he’d signed a bout agreement, without naming his opponent. The UFC has not officially announced the booking.
Stephens (28-18, 1NC) is currently ensnared in the roughest patch of his professional career. “Lil Heathen” hasn’t picked up a win since 2018, and is 0-4, 1NC since a February knockout of Josh Emmett that year.
Of course, Stephens level of competition has been sky-high since, with bouts against Jose Aldo, Zabit Magomedsharipov, Calvin Kattar, and a pair against Yair Rodriguez.
England’s Allen (16-1), meanwhile, is undefeated in the UFC. He’s won nine straight, seven inside the promotion. Most recently, he picked up a unanimous decision against Nik Lentz.
The November 7 event is expected to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The card currently consists of the following bouts:
Thiago Santos vs. Glover Teixeira
Jack Shore vs. Khalid Taha
Brendan Allen vs. Ian Heinisch
Claudia Gadelha vs. Yan Xiaonan
