Bellator is back for its second pandemic-era show this Friday with Bellator 243. And it’s bringing an impressive card with it.
The main event of Friday’s show at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT, is a rematch that’s been brewing for years. Michael Chandler will again take on Benson Henderson, in a clash of former champions. Chandler won the pair’s first meeting in 2016, defending the lightweight title he held at the time via split decision.
Earlier in the night, Matt Mitrione faces Tim Johnson, Myles Jury takes on Georgi Karakhanyan, and Sabah Homasi squares off with Curtis Millender.
The preliminary card is deep as well. Decorated with names like Grant Neal, an undefeated light heavyweight prospect, AJ Agazarm, the BJJ ace crossing over to MMA, and Valerie Loureda, a social media darling training with the likes of Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
Preliminary card action gets underway at 7:15 PM ET, which you can watch live via Bellator’s Youtube channel above. Full results can be found below.
