Invicta FC 34 will put the spotlight on the flyweight division, with all but two fights on February’s card featuring the weight class.
On Wednesday, all-female fighting promotion Invicta FC finalized their upcoming card in Kansas City. In a press release, the promotion announced the addition of two more flyweight fights for Invicta FC 34. They join a main event flyweight title fight between Pearl Gonzalez and Vanessa Porto, plus a flyweight contenders tournament. That tournament will see four competitors going to battle with the chance to become the next title challenger on the line.
Wednesday’s addition included Victoria Leonardo (3-1) taking on Jamie Milanowski (2-2), and
Christina Ricker (1-1) vs. Caitlin Sammons. Sammons will be making her pro debut. Those two flyweight fights help make Invicta FC 34 a celebration for the 125lb division. All bout two fights on the card feature flyweights; the remaining two come in the featherweight division.
In the flyweight tournament, meanwhile, Milana Dudieva takes on Karina Rodriguez, and DeAnna Bennett faces Miranda Maverick. The winners will face off at a later date, with a title shot on the line.
