Women’s flyweight action has been added to the Bellator 210 card, as the returning Bruna Ellen faces Kristina Williams.
Bellator 210 has added a promising fight in the women’s flyweight division. As first reported by MMA Junkie, the promotion has booked Kristina Williams to face Bruna Ellen at the event. The card takes place November 30 at the WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
Ellen (4-2) is coming off back-to-back wins under the Bellator banner, though she has yet to fight this year. After losing her debut at Bellator 159 to Jessica Middleton, Ellen picked up wins against Carmela James and Veta Arteaga in 2017. She had been booked to face Valerie Letourneau earlier this year, but was forced to withdraw due to injury. Williams, now set as her next opponent, took her place in that fight.
Williams (2-1) won her first two fights in Bellator (and as a pro), defeating both Heather Hardy in an upset, and flyweight title challenger Emily Ducote. ‘Warhorse’ will be fighting for her third time this year in the November clash with Bruna Ellen.
Bellator 210 is headlined by a striking lover’s dream in Melvin Manhoef vs. Chidi Njokuani. David ‘Caveman’ Rickels will also meet ‘Bomba’ Vasconcelos on the card.
