Mark Hunt is probably wishing he had a bobblehead right now, rather than an oddly shaped action figure with the pants stripped off. The Stockton Ports, following up on an announcement made in January, have decided to unleash 1,000 Nick Diaz bobbleheads this coming Sunday, in a completely awesome promo.
Sunday, May 7th at 2:09 PM we honor @ufc star and #StocktonCA native @nickdiaz209 with a bobblehead giveaway to the first 1,000 fans! pic.twitter.com/kDEtrMbv2L

Stockton is, of course, home of the Diaz brothers, who fly the 209 flag high (no pun intended) and proud. The first 1,000 fans at this Sunday’s Ports game get a free Nick Diaz. Not wanting to honor just one brother, the team also plans to give away a Nate Diaz bobblehead on July 14.
You have not made it in MMA until you’ve been immortalized as a bobblehead handed out by a baseball team.
The Stockton Ports are the Single A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. They now also get to claim to be the coolest team in baseball, at least for a little while.
Nick Diaz (26–9 (2)), the elder of the brothers, was last seen in action at UFC 183 in January 2015, a fight that was changed to a No Contest after Silva tested positive for multiple banned substances, and Diaz tested positive for marijuana. Nate Diaz (19–11), meanwhile, hasn’t fought since losing a majority decision to Conor McGregor in their rematch at UFC 202 last year.
Since they’re not fighting, you might as well enjoy them in bobblehead form.
