While the Professional Fighters League has done away with its tournament format and essentially amalgamated the PFL Global and PFL Europe brands, a few regional tournaments remain.
One of those comes under the PFL Africa banner, once chaired by the recently departed Francis Ngannou. The season was set to launch on Friday, with bantamweights Nkosi “King” Ndebele and Michele “The Arrow” Clemente of Italy headlining the card.
Four opening round bouts of the PFL Africa welterweight tournament also adorned the card.
