Oktagon 81 takes place on Sunday, with two big title fights topping the promotion’s final event of 2025.
In a massive main event, former ranked UFC heavyweight Martin Buday, who parted ways with the company off a win streak, faces double-champ Will Fleury for the promotion’s heavyweight crown. Fleury, a former Bellator MMA and PFL fighter, had won all four of his Oktagon assignments to date, capturing gold in the light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions.
Buday was making his debut in the bout, after winning his final three UFC fighters, including a victory over former champ Andrei Arlovski.
In the co-main event, champ Zhalgas Zhumagulov, another former UFC star, put his flyweight title on the line against challenger David Dvořák, who had gone 3-3 under the UFC banner and had won his last two bouts, including his Oktagon debut.
