Legacy Fighting Alliance was in action on Friday with LFA 221 taking place in Brasília, Brazil with a women’s flyweight title fight topping the marquee.
Thursday saw something of a massacre at the scales as three fighters came into the event heavy, including co-main event “welterweight” Argemiro Delmandes. Clocking in at three pounds over the welterweight non-title limit, he’ll pay a penalty to his opponent, but the bout moved forward. As did those of Luiz Henrique Pacífico and Thiago Horácio, a pair of preliminary card bantamweights who both missed weight for their respective fights.
LFA 221 was headlined by Shannon Clark and Bia Consuli, with Clark looking to make her second title defense.
