It wouldn’t be a Canadian UFC card without Jasmine Jasudavicius on it, and the Niagara Top Team fighter has landed her biggest fish yet.
Announced by the UFC on Monday, it will be former strawweight champ and flyweight title challenger Jessica Andrade facing off against Jasudavicius in Montreal, Quebec on May 10, 2025.
Andrade is ranked #7, while Jasudavicius sits at #9 in the women’s flyweight division currently.
For Jasmine Jasudavicius (13-3), the fight is another step forward towards the top of the 125lb division, and a second straight former title challenger. In her last outing, Jasudavicius sailed past Mayra Bueno Silva, who came up short for the UFC’s then-vacant 135lb title against Raquel Pennington at UFC 297. The icing on the cake might be Andrade’s status as a former champ.
Jasudavicius has won four straight fights, with two D’arce choke submissions in that span.
Jessica Andrade (26-13) is coming off a loss against Natalia Silva that snapped a two-fight winning streak. Prior to that setback, she’d defeated Mackenzie Dern and Marina Rodriguez, though both of those fights came at strawweight.
UFC 315 is set for the Bell Center in Montreal, with Belal Muhammad vs. Jack Della Maddalena headlining. Valentina Shevchenko puts her flyweight title on the line against Manon Fiorot in the co-main event. The following match-ups have been reported for the UFC’s first Canadian date of 2025:
