The UFC is in Macau, China this weekend, with UFC Macau headlined by bantamweight standouts Petr Yan and Deiveson Figueiredo.
Yan, a former bantamweight champion in the promotion, snapped a three fight skid in his last outing, defeating Song Yadong back in March to return to the win column for the first time since October 2021.
As for Figueiredo, he was a perfect 3-0 since moving up to 135lbs after losing his flyweight title early last year. Wins over Rob Font, Cody Garbrandt, and Chito Vera had established the “God of War” as a player in his new weight class.
The Road to UFC 3 tournament also wraps up at the event.
