UK mainstay Cage Warriors returned to Rome, Italy on Saturday for Cage Warriors 179, headlined by former Cage Warriors champ Stefano Paterno, looking for a sixth straight win opposite Jorge Bueno.
Italy’s Paterno had also held welterweight gold Venator FC, and was a two-time Bellator MMA veteran. As for Bueno, the Brazilian missed weight for the 175lb catchweight fight by 0.8lbs, leaving him subject to a fine.
