Invicta FC were set to crown a new atomweight champion on Friday, September 20, 2024 with Invicta FC 57 taking place at the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, KS.
In the main event, Elisandra “Lili” Ferreira was set to take on Andressa Romero with the promotion’s vacant 105lb title on the line. The belt had a storied legacy, with names including Michelle Waterson-Gomez, Jinh Yu Frey, and Jillian DeCoursey all former atomweight champs in the company.
Also in action on Friday, UFC alum Milana Dudieva looked for her first win since 2019 when she took on Sandra Lavado. DeAnna Bennett, a TUF alum and Bellator title challenger, took on Liz Tracy at flyweight, while Bellator vet Kristina “War Horse” Williams was in the co-main event opposite Nayara Maia.
