The U.K.’s biggest mixed martial arts show was back in action on Friday, with Cage Warriors 177 taking place on September 20 at the BEC Arena in Manchester, England.
The night was a finished-filled spectacle, with just a single fight going the distance, that on the preliminary card. Aside from Nell Ariano defeating Farshad Nazarnia by split decision, the entirety of Cage Warriors 177 wrapped things up inside of 15 minutes. That included the night’s lightweight main event, which found Chasen Blair put away Romania’s Florin Pîrtea with a triangle choke in the opening round.
