As UFC 306 fight week continues so do episodes of Embedded.
On this episode Merab Dvalishvili, who has been in Las Vegas preparing for his main event bout at UFC 306, watches UFC Vegas 97 headlined by Gilbert Burns vs. Sean Brady.
“Not even one week left. Happy, healthy, and ready,” Dvalishvili said.
UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley meanwhile made a guest appearance on the Pound 4 Pound podcast hosted by former champions Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo. The guest spot was short and sweet with O’Malley praising Usman, but firing a shot at Cejudo before quickly leaving the show.
“Henry, how’d you let Aljo take you down so easy? Hahahahaha,” O’Malley said before yelling, “You’re welcome!”
The champ then went off to train with friend and coach Tim Welch.
UFC featherweight contender Diego Lopes stopped by Iridium Sports Agency HQ in Las Vegas to get some training in.
“The energy is good, the plan is good, too. I hope that Brian stays healthy for the fight too,” he said.
Brian Ortega lets the cameras into his home where he played some video games.
Others making appearances on the episode include Daniel Zellhuber who took hit some balls over at Top Golf.
The episode ends with Dvalishvili getting some rounds at Syndicate MMA in preparation for UFC 306.
