Prediction: I don’t like the idea of Bashi moving up to featherweight because he’s a bantamweight 100%. Bashi was originally taking on Tommy McMillen who is a big featherweight. With McMillen out of their DWCS fight, now Ramos is taking on Bashi. Ramos, in terms of size, is much closer to Bashi.

Ramos has been in the cage with a lot of good regional guys and is a former UWC featherweight champ. He poses a threat because of his durability and pressure. If his striking was better he’d be live in this fight. Beyond that, being a wrestler is something that actually plays in Bashi’s favor. Ramos can get takedowns but get’s overzealous in the grappling and loses position.

I already rate Bashi as the much better wrestler so if Ramos can’t even control position than Bashi should cruise. I slightly favor Bashi on the feet. As long as he avoids a brawl, because Ramos is tough, he should win off being the better athlete. I’ve got Bashi by TKO in round three and I’m 85% confident.
