Legacy Fighting Alliance returned to São Paulo, Brazil for Saturday’s LFA 187, with a would-be welterweight main event featuring Carlos Leal taking on Manuel Mena.
The card was thrown for a loop, however, when fighters from both the main and co-main events missed weight. Mena will pay a fine to Leal, and Marcos Degli will cough up money to his opponent, Ignacio Fernandez, in the co-headliner. Both fights carry on at catchweights.
Leal, who went 5-2 for the PFL between 2022 and 2023, returns to LFA for the main event fight, a promotion where he had previously posted a 2-0 record.
