Volkan Oezdemir
In 2022 many thought Volkan was done after losing three out of four fights, but now ‘No Time’ has strung together two straight wins against now-ranked light-heavyweights and finds himself ready to challenge a top five fighter. Jan Blachowicz, Jamahal Hill, and Aleksandar Rakic are all coming off of losses and more than likely must fight down the rankings.
Oezdemir has already fought Rakic, so either Blachowicz or Hill would work. Hill had to pull out of UFC 303 with an injury, so perhaps the Polish ex-champ would be the most realistic choice.
