Uros Medic will test Danny Barlow’s undefeated record on the preliminary card of UFC Vegas 95 in a welterweight bout. This striker’s delight of a fight is slated to go down in the APEX in Las Vegas on August 10, 2024.
The news was first reported on Friday by Iridium Sports Agency via Instagram.
Uros Medic (10-2) is fresh off of his first-round performance of the night winning TKO of the veteran, Tim Means, back in April. The 2020 Contender Series product has looked like a capable prospect in his time with the UFC accumulating a 4-2 record. Medic has an exciting style and has yet to be in a fight with the promotion that has reached the final bell. And his losses are to studs in Jalin Turner and Myktybek Orolbai.
Danny Barlow (8-0) is veteran of the CFFC and Tennesse’s Attitude MMA where he was a welterweight champ. Barlow impressed with his first-round demolishing of 7-1, Raheam Forest, on last year’s season of the Contender Series. “LeftHand2God” scored another merciless TKO over Josh Quinlan in the third round of his UFC debut on the prelims of UFC 298 in February.
Jarno Errens vs. Youssef Zalal is the only fight that has been announced/reported for the main card on August 10. With the addition Medic vs. Barlow, UFC Vegas 95 now has four scheduled bouts, but still no main event:
