The UFC is in Austin, Texas this week for Saturday’s UFC Austin: Dariush vs. Tsarukyan, featuring a couple of key lightweight fights topping the marquee.
Beneil Dariush headlines the show, looking to bounce back from a loss to Charles Oliveira at UFC 289 in Vancouver. Opposite him, Armen Tsarukyan looks to continue his push to becoming a bonafide contender at 155lbs.
The evening’s co-main event was to be a second lightweight tilt between Bobby Green and Dan Hooker. But with New Zealand’s Hooker suffering a broken arm, another towering lightweight in Jalin Turner, standing six foot three, was set to take on Green, who had won two straight bouts.
