Noche UFC arrives this weekend, in conjunction with Mexican Independence Day, and on Friday, all athletes competing on the Fight Night card hit the scales.
Despite the event being ravaged by injuries and a handful of fighters stepping up on short notice, there were no misses at the scales at Friday morning’s official weigh-in. Most importantly, the rematch between Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko for the UFC women’s flyweight title, which headlines the event, is a go.
Jack Della Maddalena, in the co-main event with Kevin Holland on Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, was the final fighter to weigh in — but hit the welterweight limit at 171lbs.
