Prediction: Budka is getting this fight on short notice in under a week. He just fought a little over a week ago and that was at heavyweight. Now he will have a short amount of time to cut back down to 185 for this DWCS bout.
I don’t think Hanekom is a great wrestler at all but he’s relentless with the shot until he gets it grounded. I’m sure he can get Budka down. Hanekom is going to be the much bigger physical guy and Budka has already struggled with TDD and grappling defense.
Budka is a tough guy and can make this an ugly fight. With not much time to prepare and at a significant height disadvantage I feel confident Hanekom is just too much for Budka.
