The Professional Fighter’s League will hold it’s PFL 9, 2023 Season Playoffs ceremonial weigh-ins today at 3pmPT/6pmET from New York. The video is available above.
PFL 9 takes place Wednesday night from The Theatre at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The event will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN+ starting at 3pmPT/6pmET for the preliminary bouts. Main card kicks off at 6pmPT/9pmET also on ESPN and ESPN+.
The card is headlined by lightweights Shane Burgos and Clay Collard who will fight for the right to head to the finals. The winner of that fight will face the winner of Olivier Aubin-Mercier and Bruno Miranda.
On the welterweight side winner of the semifinal between Sadibou Sy and Carlos Leal will take on the winner of Magomed Magomedkerimov and Solomon Renfro.
Leal did miss weight and surrendered 20% of his purse to his opponent, and was docked a point which will be applied to the score cards for the fight.
Also on the card is an amateur bout between Biaggio Ali Walsh and Ed Davis.
