Las Vegas, NV – Coming off a highlight reel knockout victory a little over five months ago UFC middleweight Brunno Ferreira gets a newcomer in the form of Nursulton Ruziboev at UFC Vegas 76 on Saturday night.
“Being new to the UFC means that you are not familiar with the UFC athlete. You have not faced an athlete like myself. You have not been in the same situations that we’ve been by being in the UFC,” Ferreira told reporters through a translator on Wednesday.
“Fighting me, it’s like a good welcome gift, for him to the UFC. So what he’s going to face is something he’s never seen before, and on Saturday I’m going to go hard at him, he’s going to come at me, and we’re going to put on a show for everybody.”
Undefeated in his career at 10-0 with 10 finishes Ferreira looks to add another one to his record at the UFC APEX this Saturday night.
“I come from Olympic preparation so that’s the type of level of prep that I have. That’s something I never left behind, and I like to say that I’ve improved myself to the point taking from that, and being who I am now, my fate is in place,” he said.
“My mental aspect is in place, physical, spiritual. When you have all those things aligned, when you have physical side, the mental side, spiritual side all aligned it’s very hard for somebody to stop you.”
