The Professional Fighters League continues the second half of its 2023 regular season this Friday with PFL 5, showcasing the heavyweight and women’s featherweight divisions.
In the main event, 2022 heavyweight champion Ante Delija gets a late start to his season, paired up with UFC vet Maurice Greene. An undisclosed injury forced the Croatian fighter out of his first fight this year, which means he needs a finish of Greene to make the playoffs.
Greene, for his part, is setting pretty with five points— which might be enough to land him in the post-season, given a couple of fighters, Bruno Cappelozza and Rizvan Kuniev, were pulled from the tournament after failing drug tests.
Weigh-ins for the 2023 PFL 5 card go down Thursday in Atlanta, GA — full results can be found below.
One fighter missed weight for this Friday’s PFL 5 card in Atlanta, with Evelyn Martins weighing in one pound over the limit for her women’s featherweight fight with Marina Mokhnatkina. Michelle Montague and Satoshi Ishii, meanwhile, successfully weighed in as back-up fighters.
