Many times, following a hard fought battle, we see two warriors talk about meeting up or training together with rare instances of it actually happening.
Except for former UFC middleweight champion Alex Pereira and current champ Israel Adesanya. In fact they run into each other by complete accident these days.

The two are coming off their rematch at UFC 287 in April where Adesanya earned his title back by finishing Pereira via KO in the second round in Miami.
Adesanya (24-2) is awaiting his next challenge with a few options available including a third fight against former champion Robert Whittaker, or a fresh matchup against Dricus du Plessis. Whittaker and Du Plessis will fight at UFC 290 with the winner assumed to be next for the champion.
Pereira (7-2) made the official move to light heavyweight where he is now matched up against former champion Jan Blachowicz at UFC 291 in Utah as part of a stacked PPV card headlined by Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje fighting for the BMF belt in the main event.
Whether or not these two actually train and hang out together is to be seen, but maybe we’ll get a UFC-sponsored buddy cop movie out of it.
