All fighters hit the mark at Friday’s PFL 1 2023 weigh-in, and the league’s season opener is set.
What feels like the most stacked season yet offered by the Professional Fighters League opens with names like Brendan Loughnane, last year’s featherweight champ, in action against Marlon Moraes, while Thiago Santos makes his debut against 2023 champ Rob Wilkinson.
Returning former champ Movlid Khaybulaev is also in action, against Japan’s Ryoji Kudo, while Chris Wade and Bubba Jenkins face off in a grudge match between two PFL veterans.
Former UFC middleweight Impa Kasanganay, who won his way into the league on the Challenger Series this year, makes his regular season debut against Cory Hendricks. Fellow UFC alum Krzysztof Jotko will be making his debut against Will Fleury.
