Middleweight action is headed to Las Vegas as part of the UFC’s May 21 Fight Night event.
Booked for the card are Chidi Njokuani (21-7) and Dusko Todorovic (11-2), who will both enter the fight off recent wins. Gradske Info was first to report the news, with both fighters subsequently confirming the match-up on social media.
Njokuani won his way into the promotion on Dana White’s Contender Series last year, then impressed in his debut, stopping Marc-Andre Barriault in just 16 seconds. The knockout victory was Njokuani’s third straight.
A former Bellator MMA fighter, Chidi Njokuani is the brother of UFC veteran Anthony Njokuani, crediting his sibling for his career success after the Barriault fight.
Todorovic was also victorious in his last outing, which saw him defeat Maki Pitolo inside of a round. The win improved the 2019 Contender Series winner’s record inside the octagon to 2-2.
