The Del Mar Arena in San Diego, California played host to Cage Warriors 133 on Friday, March 4, 2022 as the U.K. based promotion returned to U.S. shores.
UFC vets Joseph Morales and Wilson Reis were among the names in action, the latter a former flyweight title challenger who came up short against Demetrious Johnson in 2017. Reis was looking to snap a two-fight skid in his bout with Jeremiah Labiano.
Atop the card, 2020 Contender Series winner Kyle Driscoll returned to action for the first time since that fight. After winning but being denied a UFC contract on the show, Driscoll was up against Josua Jones, who had won his last two fights under the Bellator MMA banner.
Earlier in the evening, Blake Cooper, brother of PFL champ Ray Cooper III, was set to compete in pro debut — on the same day his other brother, Makoa Cooper, was making his own professional debut for a different promotion.
Cage Warriors 133 was set to stream live on UFC Fight Pass on Friday, March 4, with the action getting underway at 8:30 PM ET. Full results from the event can be found below.
