With little MMA to go around during the holidays and in the first few weeks of 2022, we decided to get to the bottom of some real hard-hitting problems in the world of MMA. The most vital and important question of this, and every, year is who has the best fight-name in the history of MMA. So, we’re unleashing a 64-man (and women) bracket to determine who’s nickname reigns supreme.
For the first bracket reveal, we’re giving you the home-cooking bracket. This bracket is inspired by the droves of fighters who have used some sort of hometown nickname. Whether that be from their actual home town, their heritage, their nationality or the state they come from – they repped where they come from right in the name.
With each and every round, you can follow along and vote on our Twitter account or on our Instagram. And, of course, if we left out a fighter you think should have made it into the bracket, let us know on those socials or in the comments. Also, stay tuned for the other brackets coming out soon. Without further ado, the Home-Cooking Bracket:
