Tommy Fury, Daniel Dubois, and Ivan Baranchyk will round out the Paul vs Woodley undercard on Showtime pay-per-view on August 29.
If you’re expecting another undercard circus the next time you see Jake Paul in action, you’ll be in for a disappointment. A trio of bouts to round out the pay-per-view card have been confirmed that includes former champion Ivan Baranchyk, Daniel Dubois, and Tommy Fury. While the broadcast brings exactly what you expect from a Showtime boxing pay-per-view, it is a far cry from some of the bouts that have come to be associated with Jake Paul events on Triller.
Tommy Fury and Daniel Dubois have been added to the #PaulWoodley undercard on Aug. 29.

The biggest name that stands out is Tommy Fury, the younger half-brother of heavyweight superstar Tyson Fury. The undefeated Fury is an up-and-coming prospect with a 6-0 record and significant following of his own stemming from his appearance on the popular reality-dating show Love Island in 2019. Fury was previously connected to a possible bout with Paul, with the social media star calling for them to compete on the same card as the elder Fury if they were ever to meet. It would appear that Fury’s placement on the card is no coincidence as he meets MMA fighter Anthony Taylor, a training partner of Paul. Assuming Fury were to win, an angle for a possible bout with Paul would be an easy one for Showtime to promote. Taylor enters the bout on a five fight MMA win-streak, competing primarily for BAMMA but last fighting in January of 2020 for Bellator.
Former junior welterweight champion Ivan Barancyhk (20-2) will be looking to bounce back from a loss to Jose Zepeda back in October of 2020. His only other loss came in 2019 to current welterweight dynamo Josh Taylor. Baranchyk will be fighting Montana Love who is a 26 year-old prospect with a record of 15-0-1. English heavyweight Daniel Dubois (16-1) will face Joe Cusumano (19-3). Finally, a junior middleweight bout between 2016 Olympian Charles Conwell and Lucas Bastida will take place on the card. Notably, Paul, Conwell, and Love are all from the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Aside from Paul vs Woodley, the card was already scheduled to feature world champions Amanda Serrano and Yamileth Mercard in a super bantamweight bout in the co-main event. The event is scheduled to take place on August 29 at the RocketMortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.
