The UFC 256 card is official.
The final PPV event of the UFC’s calendar year sees flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo making a record-setting turnaround for a title defense. Just 21 days separates his last fight, against Alex Perez, and his main event bout against Brandon Moreno on Saturday. Should the Brazilian come out victorious, he’ll be well on his way to becoming one of the most dominant 125lb fighters in history.
Let the record show, however, that Moreno is making an equally impressive turnaround. He, too, competed at UFC 255, the same night as Figueiredo’s last fight. So it will be 21 days between his last fight and his first ever title bid.
In the co-main event, Tony Ferguson looks to bounce back from a loss to Justin Gaethje earlier this year when he meets submission standout Charles Oliveira. While nothing is ever etched in stone, the winner could very well be on the short list of title challengers at lightweight.
Friday morning, the full card hit the scales — and the full card made weight. Photo and video highlights can be found below.
