ONE Championship had another pre-taped event set to air Friday, with Inside the Matrix IV featuring five bouts previously taped in Kallang, Singapore.
In the main event, it was kickboxing action featuring Aslanbek Zikreev taking on Wang Junguang at a catchweight of 58.3kg. Both fighters had plenty of experience, with Junguang a former Enfusion 57 kg world champion and ranked top ten in the world.
The co-main event boasted Muay Thai action, as Rocky Ogden and Joseph Lasiri were set to face off.
On the MMA side of things, Bruno Pucci, husband of ONE women’s atomweight champ Angela Lee, returned. Pucci — set to become a father next year – was up against Kwon Won Il of South Korea. Another South Korean, prospect Yoon Chang Min, was also on the card, against Japan’s Ryogo Takahashi. Known as “The Big Heart,” Min was 4-0 through four pro fights, all under the ONE Championship banner.
