ONE Championship’s third card in its A New Breed series aired Friday morning on the usual platforms. Once again taped in Bangkok, Thailand, this latest offering was topped by a featherweight Muay Thai title fight.
The championship bout saw Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy defending his featherweight title against Magnus Andersson of Sweden. The Swedish fighter was himself a champion in the sport, holding the Lion Fight Muay Thai World Title.
Only five bouts peppered the A New Breed III card, with one a single mixed martial arts contest among them. That came in the women’s atomweight division, with Sunisa Srisen of Thailand taking on fellow Thai fighter Rika Ishige.
