Timur Valiev is making his UFC debut at UFC Vegas 7 and although he isn’t changing weight classes, he has seemed to move around in weight a little throughout the course of his professional career. Timur has had at least 4 bouts at featherweight with the last one being just over two years ago. Valiev has had the vast majority of his fights in the bantamweight division and seen great success. However, Valiev is 5’6″ and has a 68″ reach as well as a very thick build. Valiev missed weight in his second to last fight while in the Gorilla Fighting promotion coming in at 136.7lbs. , though he didn’t miss weight by a lot, at 30 years old it could potentially be a sign of things to come.
