Following a PPV card that featured an all-time classic in the women’s strawweight division, the UFC returned to Brazil this week, with lightweights topping the card.
Kevin Lee and Charles Oliveira are scheduled to top the UFC Brasilia card this weekend. A key fight in a stacked 155lb division has Lee, fresh off a big win over Gregor Gillespie, going up against Brazil’s own Charles Oliveira. ‘Do Bronx’ is on the best streak of his career, with six straight victories, all finishes, giving him a big head of steam heading into the card.
In the co-feature, a pair of Brazilian welterweights are due to square off, as longtime veteran and title challenger Demian Maia takes on Gilbert Burns.
