RIZIN 20 helped fans in Japan and across the globe ring in the New Year, and the card proved to be an entertaining one.
Among the highlights, Manel Kape was crowned RIZIN FF bantamweight champion thanks to a TKO of rising star Kai Asakura. Kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nasukawa remained perfect, with a TKO of his own over Rui Ebata — considered a real threat to the 21-year old wunderkind.
South Korea’s Seo Hee Ham upset Ayaka Hamasaki to claim the RIZIN Super Atomweight championship, and Jiří Procházka defended the light heavyweight title against former UFC fighter C.B. Dollaway.
