MMA stars Tyron Woodley, Ryan Bader, Ilima-lei Macfarlane, and more will be competing on Celebrity Family Feud against the stars of Total Bellas later this summer.
Several stars from the world of mixed martial arts have revealed that they will be appearing on the hit ABC show Celebrity Family Feud. The fighters from the UFC and Bellator will be going against the stars of the E! reality series Total Bellas.
Considering the members are all signed to different promotions, the MMA faction is aptly named “Team MMA.” The team is comprised of UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, Bellator double-champion Ryan Bader, Bellator flyweight champion Ilima-lei Macfarlane and UFC Hall-of-Famers Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture.
Notably, the show is sparing no expense by involving big names from the sport of MMA. Woodley is less than a month away from facing Kamaru Usman in March and is also fresh off an appearance on MTV’s Wild ‘n Out. The surging Macfarlane is currently preparing to face Veta Arteaga in April and Bader is just weeks removed from his career-defining victory over Fedor Emelianenko in January.
Opposing them will be the stars of the hit E! reality series Total Bellas, led by WWE Superstars Nikki and Brie Bella. Comprising family members joining them will be their younger brother JJ Garcia, his wife Lauren (aka “Lola” to fans,) and the Bella’s mother Kathy Laurinaitis. The Bella twins most recently had a match with Ronda Rousey at WWE Evolution in October.
It is unknown when the episode will air but the “Celebrity” edition of Family Feud typically airs during the summer when most ABC programming is on hiatus. Sound off in the comments below on which team you predict will come out on top.
