ONE Championship returned to Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday, December 9, hosting its Warriors of the World card. In the main event, ONE strawweight world champion Yoshitaka Naito faced off against challenger Alex Silva.
Naito came in a perfect 12-0 in his career to date, but had not fought since 2016, when he defeated Joshua Pacio at ONE: State of Warriors. That bout marked his first title defense. Now, he looked to make a second, and continue his undefeated ways.
Opposite Naito in the ONE cage was Brazil’s Alex “Little Rock” Silva, who had won five straight under the ONE Championship banner. With all bout one of his bouts coming in the promotion, he has been a regular feature in the ONE cage.
