Aside from those UFC alumni, the focus would be on the action in the cage, with a catchweight main event planned between Roybert Echeverria and Pololu Nakanelua. An appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series might have fight fans familiar with Echeverria, while Hawaii’s Nakanelua, a.k.a. the “Poi Pounder,” had fought previously for LFA and was looking to work his way to his own shot at the big time.
