The Malaysian former champ had picked up a win in his last outing, and was looking to distance himself from a three-fight skid that had lasted from 2020 until Spring of 2022.

In the main event, WBC Muay Thai world champion Isaac Araya was paired up with multi-time Muay Thai champ Seksan Or Kwanmuang.
