ONE Championship’s second card of the weekend arrived on Friday night (Saturday local time in Thailand) on Prime Video, with ONE Fight Night 28 bringing a strawweight Muay Thai title fight to the famed Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

That main event saw two sport champ Prajanchai taking on dangerous U.K. challenger Ellis Badr Barboza.

On the MMA side of things, the card lost one fight at Thursday’s weigh-in. Ibragim Dauev missed weight by a wide margin for his bantamweight fight with Jeremy Pacatiw, coming in 7.25lbs over. That’s with ONE’s generous weight rules, which defines bantamweight as 135-145lbs. With Dauev at 152.25 pounds, it was little shock to see Pacatiw decline the fight.

Brooks (16-2, 1NC) had been a victim of the UFC’s infamous 2018 flyweight cuts, which saw the 125lb division on the brink of being given the axe. While Henry Cejudo winning the belt, then claiming a second title as well, “saved” the division, Brooks, unlike a few other notable names, was never brought back into the fold.

Instead, Brooks dropped to strawweight for fights in RIZIN (plus a flyweight bout under the Warrior Xtreme Cagefighting banner). Having left the UFC off a win, Brooks is 3-0, 1NC in his last four fights, and made his ONE Championship debut at NextGen III against Lito Adiwang.

Also on the card, notable names including Alex “Little Rock” Silva and Peter Buist.

ONE: NEXTGEN III gets underway at 7:30AM ET on Friday, October 26, 2021. Full results from the event can be found below. Where available, a live stream of the full NEXTGEN III card can be viewed above.

ONE Championship: NextGen III Results

Jarred Brooks def. Lito Adiwang by submission (arm-triangle choke), Round 2, 3:07
Alaverdi Ramazanov def. Pongsiri Pk.Saenchaimuaythaigym by knockout, Round 1, 2:39 – Muay Thai
Alex Silva def. Rene Catalan by submission (arm-bar), Round 1, 3:35
Panpayak Jitmuangnon def. Daniel Puertas by unanimous decision – Kickboxing
Peter Buist vs. Ruslan Emilbek Uulu ends in unanimous draw
Felipe Lobo def. Rodlek Pk.Saenchaimuaythaigym by unanimous decision – Kickboxing

Former UFC flyweight and RIZIN Fighting Federation athlete Jarred Brooks will return to action for the first time since 2019 atop ONE: NEXTGEN III.

Brooks (16-2, 1NC) is set to take on Lito Adiwang (13-3) in the card’s strawweight main event. While NEXTGEN III is set to air on November 26, the fight will take place later this month, as part of ONE Championship’s October 29 NEXTGEN card.

Brooks and Adiwang were originally set to face off earlier this year, as part of April’s ONE on TNT 2 card.

Lito Adiwang enters the ONE: NEXTGEN III main event on a two fight win streak, with victories over Namiki Kawahara and Hexigetu Hexi. He has posted a 7-1 record between ONE Warrior Series and ONE Championship proper, with his only loss in that span coming to Hiroba Minowa last year.

Jarred Brooks has not competed since the co-promoted Bellator/RIZIN card on December 29, 2019. That saw him secure his second straight victory, a unanimous decision win over Haruo Ochi.

Brooks was released by the UFC in 2018, despite the fact that he was coming off a win over Roberto Sanchez. At the time, the promotion was looking to eliminate its flyweight division entirely, though they would eventually change course on that decision.

In addition to Brooks vs. Adiwang, ONE: NEXTGEN III will see former ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Alaverdi Ramazanov return in a Muay Thai contest opposite Pongsiri PK.Saenchai Muaythaigym.

The “Thunder Kid” Lito Adiwang lived up to his nickname on Friday at ONE Championship’s Unbreakable. The first event for the Asian promotion in 2021, Adiwang (12-3) scored a knockout of Namiki Kawahara in the second round.

The victory saw Adiwang return to the win column after a setback in his previous bout with Hiroshi Minowa. The Minowa fight, which ended in a split decision, snapped a seven-fight win streak for the Filipino fighter, who trains out of Lakay Central Gym.

For those not familiar with Adiwang, he got his start with ONE on Rich Franklin’s Warrior series, and quickly made a name for himself with three consecutive wins there. After winning his first two bouts on ONE Championship’s flagship cards, he hit a roadblock against Minowa. But back in the win column, that’s a fight many would like to see run back.

“It’s up to ONE,” Adiwang said during a post-fight press interview attended by Cageside Press and other media outlets on Friday. “We’ve got a lot of good talents in my division, so if Minowa doesn’t want to dance again with me, then I’m ready to accept any higher caliber and better challenges.”

Either way, Adiwang plans to continue showing improvement each and every time out. At Unbreakable in Singapore on Friday, much was made of his technical approach, mixed with explosiveness. Fighting a more technical fight was something that the strawweight out of The Philippines was vocal about prior to the event.

“In the future fights I plan to continue that — be relaxed, but explosive and dangerous,” said Adiwang. “Just go there and don’t over-expode, don’t rush and everything.”

“I’m starting to improve, I’m trying to improve every time I enter the cage,” he continued. “That’s one of the things I improved tonight, I think I showed it already. I went in there relaxed and calm, but technically, I tried to finish him.”

A near-forgotten promotion returns, while Bellator’s featherweight grand prix finally gets rolling again, and brings a bunch of prospects with it on the Bellator 252 undercard. Don’t sleep on KSW 56 either. Read on for the latest installment of our Weekly MMA Prospect Report.

XFC 43 | Wednesday | US

Lightweight, Kenneth Cross (11-3)

Fighting out of Michigan Top Team with the likes of Daron Cruickshank and Cody Stamann, Kenny Cross is a good prospect. Cross is a fast starter who is very explosive. He’s got good movement with a dangerous left hand and is super athletic. With all that, he can wrestle well and grind as he has a physical advantage over most guys. His cardio is still a work in progress but overall a fun guy. He fights (11-6).

Brave CF 45 | Thursday | Bahrain

Lightweight, Akhmed Magomedov (6-0)

Magomedov has a background in freestyle wrestling and was the Russian National Jiu-Jitsu champion in 2017. The Russian only has six fights, but three finishes, getting it done on the mat with submissions and ground and pound. He’s a smart fighter and could be someone to watch for in the future. He fights Abdul Azim Badakhshi (10-2).

Bellator 252 | Thursday | US

Welterweight, Yaroslav Amosov (24-0)

In Yaroslav Amosov’s stand-up, he combines his kicks and punches extremely well. He moves in and out fluidly with his punches and uses his reach well too. Yaroslav doesn’t have a lot of knockout power, but he is a finisher, finishing all but four of his wins. Amosov also has very good submission skills with nine submission wins, using his long arms mostly for chokes. He also has excellent takedown defense. He fights Logan Storley (11-0).

Welterweight, Logan Storley (11-0)

Storley is a 4X All-American wrestler out of the University of Minnesota. Storley, who is currently 11-0, has been dominating in his MMA career thus far. He makes takedowns look easy, has heavy pressure and lands big ground and pound where he is the most effective. Storley is a great wrestler, though on the feet he hasn’t shown too much. He does have a powerful right hand and does a good job throwing straight punches and has shown solid leg kicks, but can wrestle all fight long. He fights Yaroslav Amosov (24-0).

Featherweight, Aaron Pico (6-3)

Pico has competed in folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling, winning a championship in all three. He has competed in multiple wrestling-based matches and has become very successful. Pico also has a background in boxing, winning many belts and also being named Junior Golden Gloves champion in 2009. Pico has had a few setbacks already but is back on a two-fight win streak. He has excellent boxing technique with power and precision. Also, he has high-level wrestling. At only 24, he has the overall skill set to be champion one day. He fights John de Jesus (13-8).

Bantamweight, Jornel Lugo (4-0)

Lugo is only 4-0 as a pro but he’s been very impressive including a win over John Douma and Cortavious Romious who are both good fighters. Lugo does have a grappling game but on the feet is where he excels. He’s a tricky fighter who utilizes his striking from the end of his punches. He holds his hands low to his waist in what could be a problem but it allows the angles he uses to stay hidden. Lugo frequently switches stances giving different looks. Overall a young and talented fighter. He fights Schyler Sootho (4-0).

ONE Championship | Friday | Singapore

Flyweight, Lito Adiwang (11-2)

Fighting out of the Philippines, Lito Adiwang is on a roll winning his last seven fights. On the feet, Adiwang is very explosive and has a lot of power in his hands. On the mat, he is good on top and has solid ground and pound. He can be a bit flat-footed but makes up for it with his blitzes and power. Adiwang has that one-punch stopping power. He fights Hiroshi Minowa (11-2).

UWC 24 | Friday | Mexico

Strawweight, Yasmine Jauregui (4-0)

Still very green, Yasmine Jauregui has really impressed in her career thus far. Her style is reminiscent of UFC fighter Maycee Barber in a few ways. Jauregui has shown solid ground and pound, though she looks to be more skilled on the feet. She will throw a lot of volume with her kicks and punches putting it all together well. Yasmine is always throwing and looking to end the fight. She does need to work on some things like her movement and striking defense. With that said, she can be very good. She fights Annely Jimenez Garcia (10-5).

Heavyweight, Jesus Navarrete (5-0)

Navarrete is a chubbier heavyweight but is talented enough to watch out for. The big man is a technical striker with a good jab and a lot of output. Navarrete will march forward throwing his hands and kicks. He’s got that Mexican toughness marching forward taking shots to give some. Not sold on him altogether but is a good striker and fun to watch. He fights Enrique Lara (4-3).

KSW 56 | Saturday | Russia

Welterweight: Roberto Soldic (17-3)

The Croatian has beaten some stiff competition including Lewis Long, Borys Mańkowski, and Dricus Du Plessis, winning five titles in his career. Soldic is one of the best welterweights outside the UFC. He’s always coming forward and always looking for the finish. Soldic has heavy hands and a very accurate head kick, which he has dropped so many opponents with. It’s the constant volume he throws that allow him to do so well. He’s always throwing punches behind kicks and vice-versa. Soldic is the real deal. He fights moving up to 185 Michał Materla (29-7).

Light heavyweight, Ivan Erslan (9-0)

Erslan is easily the best Croatian 205-pound fighter outside a big promotion. Lately, he has fought decent fighters, at least decent enough to test his skills. On the feet, he is dangerous with power in his hands, but he is more of a threat on the mat. His ground and pound is by far his best weapon — it’s a fight changer. He fights Tomasz Narkun (17-3) which is a huge step up in competition.

Welterweight, Mateusz Legierski (6-0)

Legierski is well-rounded but is better on the feet. He has a heavy right hand throwing the overhand and right cross. He fights in bursts exploding forward with three-strike combinations usually. He throws a good right kick to the midsection and is good attacking the legs of his opponent. Legierski has some background in kickboxing too which explains the commitment to his kicks. He really doesn’t have much wrestling technique but has the strength to just bully guys down. He fights Francisco Albano Barrio (7-1).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIvq7hh7mVY&ab_channel=MMApodlupou

SFT 24 | Saturday | Saturday

Lightweight, Manoel Sousa (5-0)

Sousa is a heavy-handed fighter who slings powerful right and left hooks. He does a good job going to the body and throwing kicks behind his strikes. He has good head movement and good footwork as well. He looks like a really dangerous fighter that can be a good prospect for the coming years. The powerful Sousa fights Estabili Amato (10-3).

2020 got off to a slow start for MMA, with nary a major event in the first two weeks of the new decade. But once it got going, did it ever. A number of prospects were in action as well, and we’ll take a look at some of the best up-and-comers in action back in January.

Welterweight, Tyler Ray (6-1)

Tyler Ray fought a very tough fighter in Josh Streacker and he dominated on the way to a second-round finish. The key to victory for Ray was wrestling and control. On the feet, the wrestler did show glimpses of improvement. He throws a good one-two and showed good head movement but doesn’t look fully confident yet. Ray got the finish eventually on the back of Josh sinking in the RNC. Ray is reminiscent of a very raw Ian Heinisch.
Grade: C

Featherweight, Steve Garcia Jr (11-3)

This was a hell of a fight between Steve Garcia and Jose Mariscal. Garcia dropped Jose early in round one and all hell broke loose after that. Mariscal survived and threw like a wild man. As did Garcia but he stayed calmer and picked his spots with head kicks and his left hand. In round two both fighters were throwing a some crazy pace. Garcia eventually finished the fight after some ground and pound. It was a poor stoppage but still a good performance.
Grade: A

Strawweight, Nong Stamp (4-0)

At the beginning of the fight, Stamp Fairtex (Nong Stamp) was way too flat-footed just standing in front of her opponent. Stamp was taken down but quickly got back to her feet and got the takedown herself. From there she did very well and the Muay Thai practitioner seemed at home on the mat. Stamp easily won positions getting the mount/the back and unloading punches until the ref stopped the fight.
Grade: C-

Flyweight, Ayaka Miura (10-2)

Although did get tagged a bit in round one, Ayaka Miura dominated the course of two rounds. She used the head and arm position to pull her opponent down in both rounds one and two. In round one, Miura threatened the whole time with an arm-triangle but couldn’t get the right position. The Americana has been her go-to submission and for the third straight occasion she finished with it, this time in the second round.
Grade: C+

Bantamweight, Shuo Wang (11-3)

This was my first time watching Shou Wang, and he had a really good fight with a decent opponent in Aydin Kodekov. Right away you could tell Wang is a talented fighter on the feet so Aydin tried to get the fight down. He had some success but Wang really showed some solid takedown defense. Wang did a nice job attacking the head, body, and legs up until the second-round finish. He attacked with leg kicks often even landing some nasty oblique kicks. Wang had some solid head movement slipping punches and countering. Both would sit in the pocket trading but Wang had more weapons throwing those kicks, knees, and short elbows.
Grade: A

Middleweight, Abusupyan Alikhanov (12-3)

Abusupyan Alikhanov dominated his opponent. The Russian quickly got the fight to the ground with a hard outside leg kick sweeping his opponent to the mat. Alikhanov would get into the crucifix position and he stuck there. He would land countless elbows and punches until the ref would finally step in. He fought a guy that was 9-4 but he fought like expected.
Grade: C+

Welterweight, Pedro Machado (3-0)

Pedro Machado opened up the fight with a body lock takedown. In half guard, Machado sliced right into mount. Soon after his opponent swept Machado to his back but Machado was still very much in control. He threw up a triangle but would lock in a heel hook to get the eventual tap. Machado showed some very slick jiu-jitsu.
Grade: C+

Lightweight, Mateusz Rębecki (11-1)

Mateusz Rebecki fought a really good Russian prospect in Magomed Magomedov and it was fairly one-sided. Rebecki was wild on the feet throwing looping shots including overhands. He did hit hard with thumping leg kicks and did drop Magomedov with an overhand left. He was at home on the mat winning scrambles and being in control. He almost secured a kimura in round two but instead got the finish with ground and pound. Rebecki in the crucifix position would land nasty elbows cutting up Magomedov s the ref stepped in.
Grade: B-

Middleweight, Phil Hawes (7-2)

Phil Hawes is finally living up to the potential he had when he started his career. In this fight, he displayed a technical game plan with heavy strikes. Hawes fought behind his straight left jab going up top and to the body. He threw the right hook continuously behind the jab landing every time dropping the Brazilian twice. Hawes had his foe hurt and as he fell to his back the third time Hawes forced the ref to come in after some heavy hammer fists.
Grade: C+

Light-heavyweight, Jakob Nedoh (3-1)

Jakob Nedoh, known as a submission specialist, got the job done solely with his striking. Every time Nedoh hit opponent Zarko Sedoglavic his head snapped back. The finishing sequence was when Nedoh landed two straight left hands and a right hook for the clean knockout victory.
Grade: B-

Featherweight, Jay-Jay Wilson (5-0)

Bellator MMA’s Jay-Jay Wilson fought Mario Navarro a BJJ black belt and easily out-classed him on the mat. Both round one and two Wilson got the quick takedown. He constantly worked to finish even almost getting his first ground and pound stoppage. Round two he went for a twister but lost position. Wilson was on his back but executed a beautiful sweep to get back on top. While controlling the back he set up an armbar and Navarro tapped. Just beautiful and stellar BJJ from Wilson.
Grade: A+

Featherweight, Collin Anglin (7-1)

It took a bit for Collin Anglin to find his range, throwing a lot of wasted motion and not hitting the target. In the final seconds of the first round, Anglin did drop his opponent with a nice right uppercut. Round two he was much more comfortable as his opponent still seemed a bit rocked. Anglin used a lot of feints and was coming over with the right hook. The right hook is eventually what landed after a feint, putting his opponent out cold.
Grade: B-

Featherweight, Jamall Emmers (17-4)

This was a good fight between two top-notch prospects in Jamall Emers and Rafael Barbosa. Emmers displayed some good fundamentals. He had excellent head movement, used a lot of feints, employed good footwork, and showed understanding of his range. His striking was on point landing counters and hard lead leg kicks. Round three he stepped on the gas landing more. He got Barbosa to the mat and took his back. He went for the RNC but locked in the arm-triangle instead for the technical submission.
Grade: A+

Flyweight, Lito Adiwang (11-2)

Lito Adiwang went completely off in this fight starting off with a thudding head kick that landed on his opponent Pongsiri Mitsatit. After that Lito chased him with wide rights and lefts dropping Mitsatit. Misatit survived for the time being but Adiwang was still in finish mode. Mitsatit did get the back but Adiwang had thekimura grip and eventually separated it from the body and Pongsiri tapped.
Grade: A

ONE Championship is in action Friday, as is Abu Dhabi Warriors, but it will be Cage Fury that takes center stage in terms of MMA prospects to watch for this week.

WXC 86 | Wednesday | US

Featherweight: Collin Anglin (6-1)

Collin Anglin is a confident fighter who keeps his hands low but relies on his movement. Anglin switches stances often and stays busy throwing combinations from a lot of angles. He throws mainly in bursts and throws well mixing in kicks to his arsenal. Anglin also has some good head movement and exceptional cardio getting better as the fight goes on. Not fully sold on him yet as he needs to fight better competition. He fights Will Frost (1-1).

UAE Warriors 10 | Friday | Abu Dhabi

Lightweight: Josh Togo (7-3)

A few years ago, Togo was on a three-fight skid. Now he’s won his last three fights (also a NC) and is the current Eternal MMA lightweight champ. Togo doesn’t have a lot of power but has the technical ability on the outside to work opponents. He will pick his foes apart with lead leg kicks, lead uppercuts, and jabs mixing it up. He fights Ali Dyusenov (3-2).

UCC 48 | Friday | Panama

Strawweight: Pierangela Rodriguez Giunta (4-0)

Pierangela Rodriguez Giunta is an all-action type fighter who is a fun one to watch. She badly needs to work on her takedown defense as that is by far her weakest area. Rodriguez loves to just throw her hands. In her constant rapid attack, she does hit hard and is pretty accurate. Her aggressive style is one of the reasons she has a 100% finish rate. She fights her biggest challenge to date in Kayla Hracho (1-0).

ONE Championship | Friday | Philippines

Flyweight: Lito Adiwang (10-2)

Fighting out of the Philippines, Lito Adiwang is on a roll winning his last six fights. On the feet, Adiwang is very explosive and has a lot of power in his hands. On the mat, he is good on top and has solid ground and pound. He can be a bit flat-footed but makes up for it with his blitzes and power. Adiwang has that one-punch stopping power. He fights Pongsiri Mitsatit (10-4) who is his biggest challenge to date.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwtZzEDWVvw

LFA 81 | Friday | US

Featherweight: Jamall Emmers (16-4)

Jamall Emmers is a very technical striker that always throws one-two’s as the power isn’t there but the combinations and aggressiveness shine. The wrestling is solid where his shots are perfectly-timed and solid execution is done very well. With his upcoming fight with Rafael Barbosa, himself a very good prospect, there is a lot of promise for the winner.

Emmers has some good wins but he has huge wins against UFC contenders Alexander Hernandez and Cory Sandhagen. In 2018 he had a chance at a UFC contract on the Contender Series but lost to Julian Erosa. Since then, Emmers is on a three-fight win streak. He fights a tough prospect in Rafael Barbosa (12-2).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=METD7qU-KB0

CFFC 81 | Saturday | US

Middleweigh: Kyle Daukaus (8-0)

On the feet, Kyle Daukaus is not great but throws a lot of volume and is very good using his length. He’s much more versed on the mat and his wrestling to get in there is good. Daukaus has a good submission base with seven wins by submission with his D’Arce choke being a prime choice. He’s active with his submission attempts and his ground and pound as well. He fights Nolan Norwood (12-5).

Bantamweight: Alexander Keshtov (9-0)

Alexander Keshtov is an undefeated fighter out of the amazing camp K-Dojo Warrior Tribe training with some UFC fighters and other top prospects. Keshtov is an excellent prospect as he is super diverse, throwing many different attacks both with his striking and kicks and he puts them all together perfectly. While his wrestling hasn’t been on display much, he owns solid takedown defense. He definitely looks like a future UFC fighter. He fights Herbeth Sousa (14-1).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BOSDmsyVSg

Bantamweight: Herbeth Sousa (14-1)

With only one loss, Herbeth Sousa is currently on a three-fight win streak. “Indio” is an aggressive grappler who has ten submissions all coming in the first round. His wrestling is solid but obviously, it’s the grappling that’s key. His transitions are smooth and his finishing ability on the submissions is dangerous as he is a black belt in BJJ. He still needs some work on the feet but only 25-years-old, not even in his prime in MMA terms. He fights Alexander Keshtov (9-0).

Featherweight: Pat Sabatini (11-2)

Pat Sabatini has only two losses in his career to top prospects in Jose Mariscal and Robert Watley. Sabatini does have a background in grappling, competing in several competitions, and has a background in combat sambo. Sabatini is clearly dangerous on the mat with nine finishes all coming by submission. He is very improved with solid trip takedowns, good ground-and-pound, improved stand up and excellent cardio. He fights James Gonzalez (5-3).

Kayla Harrison leads the way in this week’s MMA Prospect Report, as she looks to earn her shot at a million dollars in the PFL playoffs. RIZIN 19, meanwhile, is overflowing with talent.

We’re back with another installment of the Weekly MMA Prospect report, and this time out, an Olympic gold medal winner leads the pack. Kayla Harrison returns at PFL 7 2019, where she’ll look to earn a spot in the finale on New Year’s Eve. Bellator, ONE Championship, and RIZIN are also in action, plus any number of regional shows. Here’s who to keep an eye on!

PFL #7 | Friday | Nevada

Lightweight, Kayla Harrison (5-0)

Kayla Harrison is a very accomplished grappler who won the gold medal in judo at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and gold at the 2011 and 2015 Pan-American Games. The judo practitioner also holds a black belt in judo and has won two national championships. Harrison has been dominant thus far in her MMA career. Her wrestling has been solid and once on top, she’s a nightmare. She has two submissions wins but it’s her constant ground and pound which is super impressive. She fights Genah Fabian (2-1).

Welterweight, Magomed Magomedkerimov (25-5)

Magomedkerimov is a PFL champion currently on an 11-fight win streak. The Russian is well-rounded but his wrestling is outstanding. Magomedkerimov is an excellent chain wrestler who has a strong work ethic and solid cardio. He’s super aggressive and strikes well to enter the clinch. Always making it a gritty fight, Magomed is a big problem always the one setting the pace. He fights Chris Curtis (21-5) who he just beat.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XixRQxB9_Hs

Featherweight, Brendan Loughnane (17-3)

If you look at his Loughnane’s three losses, they are to the likes of Pat Healy, Tom Duquesnoy, and Mike Wilkinson. Loughnane would later avenge his loss to Wilkinson many he won his fight against Duquesnoy. Brendan is a high-level featherweight who should be in the UFC already and who has improved tremendously throughout his career. He shows a bit of everything when he fights, including good wrestling with nice level changes that he mixes into exchanges on the feet. On top, he has decent ground and pound and on the feet, he is explosive as he comes forward with barrages of strikes. His striking features some speed but mainly power, and Loughnane has won some fights with just one punch. He also has a few knockouts with a knee and can sit on the outside and use his kicks – he has a really solid skill set overall. He fights Matt Wagy (13-6).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PS8I7B7oGhM

Welterweight, Nikolay Aleksakhin (24-5)

Aleksakhin has only lost to high caliber fighters, including to UFC fighter and multi-promotion champ Ben Askren. Now he is on a five fight win streak with victories over Mike Graves, Dominique Steele, and Elias Silverio, who are all former UFC fighters. Aleksakhin is an excellent talent who is solid all around. He has superb timing with big power in everything he throws. The Russian does a great job throwing his strikes and kicks together and has proven that once he lets go, he’s dangerous in bursts. He fights former UFC fighter Jesse Ronson (20-9).
