Lucia Szabová already holds bantamweight gold in Oktagon, and was looking to add a second title to her trophy case in the form of the promotion’s vacant 125lb scrap. Looking to put a wrench in the works was Brazilian Leidiane Fernandes, a former Jungle Fights champ making her promotional debut.

At 10-0, Szabová has been looking like Oktagon’s answer to Dakota Ditcheva, and a second belt would give her a real foothold in the promotion.

In the co-main event, meanwhile, former ONE Championship welterweight champ Zebaztian Kadestam made his promotional debut against Dominick Humburger.

That fight saw Valeriu Mircea and Leo Brichta for the interim belt, with “The Solitary Wolf” Mircea riding a three-fight win streak into the event. That streak included a win over KSW standout and ex-champ Borys Mankowski. As for Brichta, he was unbeaten since 2019 and riding an eight-fight win streak, with only a No Contest breaking that run up.

In the co-main event, Dominik Humburger missed weight for his middleweight affair with Adrian Dudek. Humburger is no doubt regretting that after being fined 50% of his purse as a result.
