For those looking for purely stand-up action and an alternative to the UFC on Saturday, bare-knuckle boxing outfit BKFC was happy to comply.

Taking place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, BKFC 34 featured a pair of title fights capping off an eight-fight main card. In the co-feature, Francesco Ricchi was set to defend his BKFC middleweight title for the very first time, opposite David Mundell. Undefeated in five BKFC fights, Ricchi had started his combat sports career, professionally, in 2019, winning his lone mixed martial arts bout before jumping to bare-knuckle the following year at BKFC 10.

Far more experienced in MMA, Luis Palomino made a name for himself in Bellator MMA and the World Series of Fighting. But since 2020, he had transitioned to bare-knuckle boxing, rejuvenating his career and stringing together seven straight victories that had led him to championships in two weight classes. Giving Palomino a spot in the record books as the first BKFC double-champ in history.

Saturday found Palomino putting his lightweight belt on the line in the BKFC 34 main event, opposite Tom Shoaff.

BKFC 34 takes place on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Full results from the event, which airs via the BKFC App and Bareknuckle.TV, can be found below.
